Temperament Profiles
The Temperament Profile consists of a questionnaire called an A.P.S. Response Form. The form includes 54 questions and takes about eight minutes to complete. You return the completed form to Christian Values Legacy, where your responses will be processed. You will receive a 5 to 8 page A.P.S. report.
The response form and report can be processed by mail or e-mail, whichever you specify. Please also specify which version of the Temperament Profile response form you are ordering: Adult; Teenager, ages 13-17; or Child, ages 9-12.
